Common questions
What counts as one session?
One complete 3-round debate + judicial verdict. Starting a new debate on a different topic counts as a new session. Re-running the same prompt counts as a new session.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Changes apply at your next billing cycle. Downgrades keep your current plan until the period ends. You can manage everything via the Client Portal.
What happens if I hit my limit?
Free: Wait until next month. Pro: Upgrade to Team or wait for reset. Team: €0.30 per additional session, billed automatically at month end.
Do unused sessions roll over?
No. We reset monthly to keep pricing simple and sustainable. This allows us to maintain our radical transparency model.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Never. We use Zero Data Retention (ZDR) with supported providers (Mistral, OpenAI Azure, OpenRouter). Your debates are yours alone.
Can I get a refund?
First-time subscribers: 7-day full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days: prorated for unused time on the subscription.
