1. Acceptance of Protocol
By accessing the CouncilIA Chamber, you enter into a binding agreement with CouncilIA Lda. These terms govern your use of our Multi-Agent Deliberation protocols and the ACE Engine.
2. Intelligence Use (Usage Limits)
- Free Access: Limited to 2 sessions per month for evaluation.
- Paid Access: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and provide tiered capacity as defined in the pricing schedule.
- Prohibited Conduct: No reverse engineering of adversarial agents or automated scraping of the judicial engine.
3. No Professional Advice
CouncilIA provides simulated adversarial feedback based on large language models. The results (Verdicts) do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. Final strategic decisions remain the sole responsibility of the human operator.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain total ownership of your prompts and strategic data. CouncilIA Lda. owns the ACE Engine protocol, the "Calm Intelligence" design system, and the proprietary prompt engineering used to stabilize agent behavior.
5. Termination & Liability
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that attempt to bypass usage limits or inject malicious directives. CouncilIA is provided "as is" — while we optimize for zero variance and scientific accuracy, we do not guarantee market outcomes based on simulations.
